REFUNDS

All Sales Are Final

Because LayrKit products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchase under the same account.

  • Non-delivery (download link not received).

  • Technical file issues that cannot be resolved.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Lack of technical skill to implement products.

  • Incompatibility with unsupported platforms.

  • Violations of licensing (e.g., sharing files).

License Violations

If LayrKit determines a violation of our Terms (sharing, reselling, unauthorized distribution):

  • Your license will be terminated.

  • Access to all files will be revoked.

  • Refunds will not be granted.

  • Legal action may be pursued to recover damages.

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@layrkit.com, including your Shopify order number and description of the issue. Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Compliance with Global Sales

LayrKit complies with international e-commerce standards, including EU consumer rights. However, exceptions for digital goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU allow us to deny refunds once downloads begin, provided you consent at checkout — which Shopify prompts customers to do before completing digital purchases.
